Andrea A

In2ition is a home away from home. In2ition is a second family. In2ition is where I choose to be. Andrea has been a part of the In2ition Realty team since 2008. Prior to her career at In2ition, Andrea worked in customer service and administration for local developers in the Greater Toronto Area and Western Ontario in the New Homes industry. She has worked on both low-rise and high-rise developments, and today, Andrea is currently the Site Manager at Parkside Village by Amacon Developments. Her experience in customer service, sales and administration contributed to a 'Best Sales Team' National Association Home Builder's Award in 2008 for Parkside Village. In her free time, Andi enjoys spending time with her family and focusing on her second forte, photography. Andrea looks forward to every new endeavor and takes great pleasure in providing her services to satisfied customers. Andrea believes in the motto "Live Well" and is thrilled to be a part of such a dynamic and successful team of professionals.

It is trusting the experience & knowledge behind your intuitions, and having the courage to stand behind them. Andrea's passion for this industry spawned at a young age, with two parents as hard working agents, tagging along on showing appointments, sitting in the passenger seat dictating directions from the Perley's map. The cities streets have been ingrained in her mind ever since, and inevitably so has her love for all things real estate. She graduated York University with a degree in Business Administration and an Honours Specialization in Management, while working concurrently as an Administrative and Marketing assistant in a real estate brokerage. Following her degree, she pursued her real estate license, working as an agent in resale, finessing her customer service skills and gaining industry knowledge. She took an opportunity to work in new development as a project coordinator, acting as a liaison between the developer, sales and marketing teams, honing her time and project management capabilities, and sparking an interest in the excitement, fast-paced and competitiveness of the new building industry she just couldn't shake. It may have been inevitable that she would be land in real estate, but that good sense of direction she fostered at a young age, is in no doubt what has led her to be a part of such an incredible, awe-inspiring, company.

Monika

In2ition represents a place where many strong and experienced industry experts come together to share ideas and bring grand visions to life. A place where no detail is overlooked, where clients and staff are well supported. Monika joins In2ition with nine years of pre-construction experience throughout the Greater Toronto Area, in both high rise and low rise. With a huge passion for real estate, an industry that shapes the ever changing landscape of our amazing and growing city, she is extremely aware of current industry trends and clients' needs. Staying competitive is not merely an advantage, but a must have.

Nadia

In2ition is edge…an organization that is leading the future of their industry one real estate purchaser at a time. A graduate from the University of Toronto, Nadia majored in both Economics and Mathematics. She has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario since 2001 and became a Chartered Accountant in 2009. Nadia worked as a senior staff accountant for a Chartered Accountant firm for eight years prior to joining the In2ition team as the Financial Controller. Nadia is an avid supporter of the Canadian Cancer Society and Heart and Stroke Foundation, proudly participating in several annual events.

Ivan

In2ition is beyond all borders, shaping the future of real estate markets locally, nationally, and internationally. A graduate student of International Relations from McMaster University, Ivan has been a part of the In2ition team for almost a decade. Ivan identified his passion for sales and marketing at a young age with In2ition, working in several different roles over the years and learning all the ins and outs of the real estate industry, including those in international markets.  Organized, focused, motivated, and creative, this determined goal-achiever truly values the teamwork nature of In2ition, where one can always rely on the team for consistent support and input. Ivan is fluent in English, French, Croatian and Russian, which enables him to serve In2ition’s large international clientele. In his free time, Ivan likes to spend time with family and friends, photograph, and travel.

Samantha

In2ition is a place where a team of intelligent women support you, encourage you and push you to be the absolute best version of yourself. Samantha joined the team late 2019 after an extensive 8 years immersed in the real estate industry as both a Pre-Construction Site Coordinator and Sales Representative. Samantha has a passion for the pre-construction industry and has represented dozens of builders across the GTA in both low-rise and high-rise sales. Samantha is looking forward to further expanding her knowledge and experience in the industry and growing into other roles at In2ition.

Katie

In2ition is a company that encourages personal growth and discovery. It offers a setting in which challenges can be met and overcome. It is where success is not only achieved but is acknowledged and celebrated. In2ition is a company like no other. Katie McComb graduated with honors from the University of Western Ontario. She has been with In2ition for over five years. Throughout her time with us Katie has occupied a range of different positions including site administrator and the Senior Marketing Coordinator at head office.

Phil

Phil has an extensive background in sales, finance, and relationship building. He has a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Guelph and worked in hospitality for many years before joining the In2ition Team.

Amanda

In2ition is inspiring. Everyday I’m surrounded by some of the most intelligent, creative, and goal oriented people. In2ition is more than just workplace, it’s an endless learning and growing opportunity where you are surrounded by people you would consider as your second family. Amanda Graduated in 2012 with a Degree in Commerce and Fashion. She joined the In2ition team in 2014 and has worked in different areas of the company, starting out at front desk reception, to site administrator, to marketing coordinator for Western Canada, and is currently our Sales and Training Manager.

Dionne

In2ition is an award winning company that has a passion for EVERYTHING real estate. You need to understand related to bingo nedir. With a team of vibrant, intelligent, positive individuals that continue to exceed their clients’ expectations and deliver best in class client service and results. As the Business Development Manager for In2ition Realty, Dionne Fraser oversees the growth of the business through the development and leveraging of relationships within the real estate industry. Dionne has a proven record of success and achievement in the residential real estate industry, having spent close to two decades in her former role as Senior Account Executive with YP NextHome. With experience in both print and digital advertising sales solutions, Dionne has garnered numerous awards for consistent top sales achievements. She bears an insightful and thorough knowledge of real estate development in the GTA and Southwestern Ontario, having worked with a majority of the builders who constructed new home and condo communities across GTA in Southern Ontario for almost twenty years.

Marija

In2ition exuberates passion & confidence within, a dynamic team with leadership and mentorship instilled throughout. Teamwork that encourages growth, impeccable work ethic & enables creativity in order to strive to be the best in the industry.

Marija is passionate about the real estate industry and brings with her strong customer service and management experience. She started as a site administrator learning from the foundation up, growing into her role as Sales & Marketing Coordinator. Overseeing a variety of projects, leading and coaching sales teams are her strengths.  Creating the best professional sales experiences and strong relationships with builders, agents, brokers and team members within. The endless opportunities presented, captured and built is what she thrives on!

Annie

In2ition is a dynamic sales and marketing team. We continue to push boundaries by being innovative, fresh, and educated in our industry. We strive to provide outstanding experiences for our clients and lead the industry by. Starting as a front desk receptionist, Annie learned the dynamic elements of the real estate industry and has since advanced her role from Marketing and Research Coordinator to Sales Manager.

Sarah

In2ition is an exciting company that offers many opportunities for personal development and professional growth. The organization is very motivating and inspiring through its uplifting employees and ongoing business successes. Sarah has recently joined the team as a Research Coordinator and has worked on the commercial side of real estate for 3 years. She is excited to tap into residential real estate and to see what this new journey has in store for her.

Tatiana

In2ition is a place where the staff are empowered, where you can have real opportunities to advance your career once you have proved your determination to grow. Tatiana studied and worked for years as a lawyer in commercial and family law in Venezuela which provides her with the necessary tools to be a very objective individual and critical thinker. She also studied Business Administration, majoring in marketing and decided to expand and update her knowledge and marketing education in Canada.  Tatiana worked for five years in the residential real estate market in Venezuela performing administrative and market research tasks for low and midrise developments.  She recently joined the In2ition team as a Research Coordinator.

Sand

As our rockstar in-house graphic designer since 2017, Sand brings a wealth of design experience to the team. With over 12 years’ experience as both an in-house and studio designer, Sand has built an extensive portfolio working with some of GTA’s top brands in retail and service. Not only does he have a keen eye for emerging design trends and a unique brand of humour, Sand has been a major contributor and advocate for In2ition’s various philanthropic initiatives and team building efforts. Sand is excited to help elevate the In2ition brand as we continue to innovate and broaden our reach in the industry.

Nicholas

In2ition is growth - it allows for people to aspire and achieve monumental career and personal goals. Nicholas has an extensive background in sales, property management, leasing and relationship building. Nicholas is a motivated and dedicated individual who is not afraid to do whatever it takes to get the job done. With previous work in property management and leasing with BentallGreenOak, Nicholas brings in-depth knowledge and passion allowing him to proudly manage In2ition's portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
