Having been in the building industry for over 15 years, Liana started her career in a junior marketing role working with several developers. Prior to joining In2ition in 2009, Liana’s spent 10 years on the developer side working in-house for various builders, eventually working her way up to Sales & Marketing Director. She credits her experience of working in almost every role on the builder side to knowing exactly what it takes to provide exceptional management service and sales results for her clients. Liana’s accolades include BILD Award Finalist for Best Sales Team in 2011 and Best Sales Manager in 2013. Liana was instrumental in leading the team that won Best Sales Team at the 2013 BILD Awards. Liana is known to say that no matter how challenging and chaotic the industry can be at times, “it would be boring if it wasn’t!”
