Debbie commenced her real estate career in the 1980’s, after graduating from the University of Toronto. Founding her own Real Estate Brokerage she has become a self-made business woman in a highly competitive industry. Since inception she has overseen the sales and marketing of over $20 Billion Dollars of real estate.

Foreseeing a need for an innovative and dynamic player in the industry she launched In2ition Realty in 2002. Recognized not only as an astute professional, but also as a fearless innovator in the industry.

Debbie has been honoured with multiple business, professional and civic awards for her contribution to both the real estate industry and her community by both BILD (Building Industry and Land Development) and NAHB (National Association of Home Builders).

Debbie is known for her generous spirit and her mentoring of new professionals in the industry. She has assembled a devoted team in whom she has instilled the same passion and values that she is known for. She successfully manages multiple roles, from broker, to marketing dynamo, to mentor and philanthropist.

In 2013, In2ition launched into the Western Canadian market, in Saskatchewan and expanded to the US by opening in Texas. Once again filling a void in the industry, in 2012 In2ition launched a Leasing and Property Management division for investors – locally and abroad.

Debbie thrives on the opportunity to expand and excel into unfamiliar territory. Complimented by the award winning Design Services Division, Leasing and Property Management, national and international presence, In2ition Realty with Debbie Cosic at the helm has become the most innovative brokerage specializing in new condominium and new homes sales.
