Debbie commenced her real estate career in the 1980’s, after graduating from the University of Toronto. Founding her own Real Estate Brokerage she has become a self-made business woman in a highly competitive industry. Since inception she has overseen the sales and marketing of over $15 Billion Dollars of real estate.
Foreseeing a need for an innovative and dynamic player in the industry she launched In2ition Realty in 2002. Recognized not only as an astute professional, but also as a fearless innovator in the industry.

Her highly-skilled, detail-oriented, motivated and most importantly, passionate personality identifies Lysha as an over-achiever who shows a keen interest in every aspect of the company’s activities. Lysha holds a degree in Labour Studies from McMaster University and a post-graduate-certificate in Human Resources. She has been a part of In2ition from the very beginning, consistently taking on an active role as both a leader and a true team player, exceeding the needs of clients and colleagues. She is unique in that she is both process and results oriented, often times providing a safety harness for the unexpected. Lysha often refers to herself as "organized chaos" - always multitasking a series of tasks, while remaining cool, calm, collected and focused. There may be 24 hours in a day, but Lysha makes sure to treat each hour as its own, utilizing and maximizing it to the utmost.
Liana PronioVice President

Having been in the building industry for over 15 years, Liana started her career in a junior marketing role working with several developers. Prior to joining In2ition in 2009, Liana's spent 10 years on the developer side working in-house for various builders, eventually working her way up to Sales & Marketing Director. She credits her experience of working in almost every role on the builder side to knowing exactly what it takes to provide exceptional management service and sales results for her clients. Liana's accolades include BILD Award Finalist for Best Sales Team in 2011 and Best Sales Manager in 2013. Liana was instrumental in leading the team that won Best Sales Team at the 2013 BILD Awards. Liana is known to say that no matter how challenging and chaotic the industry can be at times, "it would be boring if it wasn't!"
Vesna SolaVice President
In2ition is a company that is rapidly growing, expanding both nationally and internationally. Headhunted by In2ition in 2011 because of her unique skill set of delivering innovative and effective communication solutions, as well as her program management and project planning capabilities. Vesna is a dedicated marketing professional with over 9 years experience in television, radio, print, and digital media advertising. She has a proven track record in leading and managing breakthrough advertising campaigns for new product launches and national retail campaigns in the automotive industry. One of Vesna's mentors once said to her, "CHANGE is good Donkey!". He of course wasn't calling her a donkey, but instead was quoting a wise ogre from the movie Shrek. Thank you Shrek. Good advice.

Andrea ASite Manager
In2ition is a home away from home. In2ition is a second family. In2ition is where I choose to be. Andrea has been a part of the In2ition Realty team since 2008. Prior to her career at In2ition, Andrea worked in customer service and administration for local developers in the Greater Toronto Area and Western Ontario in the New Homes industry. She has worked on both low-rise and high-rise developments, and today, Andrea is currently the Site Manager at Parkside Village by Amacon Developments. Her experience in customer service, sales and administration contributed to a 'Best Sales Team' National Association Home Builder's Award in 2008 for Parkside Village. In her free time, Andi enjoys spending time with her family and focusing on her second forte, photography. Andrea looks forward to every new endeavor and takes great pleasure in providing her services to satisfied customers. DianaManager, Broker Relations
In2ition is drawing upon all of our resources, experiences, skills and knowledge in order to consistently deliver success. Diana is constantly looking to challenge herself and grow, both professionally and personally. From a very young age Diana has been fascinated with pushing herself out of her comfort zone. From public speaking at the ripe age of 11 in a language she had only mastered months prior, to living a semester in Brazil during her University career, to going skydiving, her desire to venture into uncharted territory has been a constant motivator. She believes that a positive attitude and a solutions mindset are key to achieving success in any situation. Her love affair with the real estate industry began shortly after she completed her undergraduate degree at York University, an Honours Bachelor Degree Specializing in Marketing. Working for one of the most reputable builders in the GTA helped Diana gain perspective and insight into the challenges that most builders face on a daily basis as well as the goals that drive business and development strategies. “There was something very exciting about the fast paced real estate industry that drew me in from the very beginning.” A natural progression into real estate sales allowed Diana to combine her industry knowledge, passion for marketing, understanding of consumer behaviour, and fascination with client psychology. As a licensed real estate sales representative with the Toronto Real Estate Board Diana has completed various sales training seminars as well as gained invaluable on the job sales experience. Earning accolades for sales volume in 2012, 2013, and 2014 is a testament to her hard work and determination. She continues to contribute through her volunteer work with the TREB Arbitration Committee. This experience brought Diana full circle into her current role at In2ition Realty. It may have been inevitable that she would be land in real estate, but that good sense of direction she fostered at a young age, is in no doubt what has led her to be a part of such an incredible, awe-inspiring, company.

Her diverse background in various fields have led her to a rewarding career in real estate with a focus on new construction sales. A native to the Greater Toronto Area, Nancy graduated from the University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree. Nancy followed her entrepreneurial spirit and started her own Immigration Consulting firm where she consults individuals, families and corporate clients that wish to work, study or immigrate to Canada. Nancy's hard work, dedication, trusted reputation and commitment to delivering the highest quality of service quickly translated into a growing and loyal clientele base. Realizing her immigration clients’ real estate needs, Nancy took her recipes for success and pursued what had been her long-time interest – a career in real estate. Today, with a growing client base and a proven track record, Nancy has quickly become a trusted name in the real-estate industry. Her passion for real estate and the strong broker relationships she has forged over the years have led her to in2ition as a Sales Representative where she quickly excelled to Sales and Broker Relations Manager.

A graduate from the University of Toronto, Nadia majored in both Economics and Mathematics. She has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario since 2001 and became a Chartered Accountant in 2009. Nadia worked as a senior staff accountant for a Chartered Accountant firm for eight years prior to joining the In2ition team as the Financial Controller. Nadia is an avid supporter of the Canadian Cancer Society and Heart and Stroke Foundation, proudly participating in several annual events.
IvanMarketing Manager, International
In2ition is beyond all borders, shaping the future of real estate markets locally, nationally, and internationally. A graduate student of International Relations from McMaster University, Ivan has been a part of the In2ition team for almost a decade. Ivan identified his passion for sales and marketing at a young age with In2ition, working in several different roles over the years and learning all the ins and outs of the real estate industry, including those in international markets. Organized, focused, motivated, and creative, this determined goal-achiever truly values the teamwork nature of In2ition, where one can always rely on the team for consistent support and input. Ivan is fluent in English, French, Croatian and Russian, which enables him to serve In2ition’s large international clientele. In his free time, Ivan likes to spend time with family and friends, photograph, and travel.
In2ition is my second family. The office is my second home. My coworkers are my brothers and sisters and the relationship we have with each other is irreplaceable. They have shown me the true meaning of "If you find a job that you love, you will never 'work' a day in your life!" Dragana graduated from the University of Toronto at Mississauga in 2012 with an Honors Bachelor of Arts Degree. She has been practicing as a Real Estate Salesperson since 2008 and has been with in2ition since 2009. From the sales floor at various developments Dragana excelled to our executive team as the Broker Relations Manager. She takes pleasure and pride in her job, and a smile on a client’s face is the greatest reward you can offer her.

She has been with In2ition for over five years. As the Business Development Manager for In2ition Realty, Dionne Fraser oversees the growth of the business through the development and leveraging of relationships within the real estate industry. Dionne has a proven record of success and achievement in the residential real estate industry, having spent close to two decades in her former role as Senior Account Executive with YP NextHome. With experience in both print and digital advertising sales solutions, Dionne has garnered numerous awards for consistent top sales achievements. She bears an insightful and thorough knowledge of real estate development in the GTA and Southwestern Ontario, having worked with a majority of the builders who constructed new home and condo communities across GTA in Southern Ontario for almost twenty years.

Arlyn Hume graduated from the University of Manitoba with her Bachelors in Environmental Design specializing in Interior Design.
