    Andrea’s passion for this industry spawned at a young age, with two parents as hard working agents, tagging along on showing appointments, sitting in the passenger seat dictating directions from the Perley’s map. The cities streets have been ingrained in her mind ever since, and inevitably so has her love for all things real estate. She graduated York University with a degree in Business Administration and an Honours Specialization in Management, while working concurrently as an Administrative and Marketing assistant in a real estate brokerage. Following her degree, she pursued her real estate license, working as an agent in resale, finessing her customer service skills and gaining industry knowledge. She took an opportunity to work in new development as a project coordinator, acting as a liaison between the developer, sales and marketing teams, honing her time and project management capabilities, and sparking an interest in the excitement, fast-paced and competitiveness of the new building industry she just couldn’t shake. It may have been inevitable that she would be land in real estate, but that good sense of direction she fostered at a young age, is in no doubt what has led her to be a part of such an incredible, awe-inspiring, company.
